New Agreement for System Access

This agreement is made between the Company and the User for accessing and using the Quinable system. By signing this agreement, the User acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. Authorization:
   The user is granted access to the Quinable platform for official use only. Sharing login credentials with unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited.

2. Compliance:
   All activities performed under this account must comply with company policies, data protection guidelines, and applicable laws.

3. Confidentiality:
   The user agrees to maintain confidentiality of all system data, including facility, provider, and financial information.

4. Usage Limitation:
   The platform should not be used for personal gain or outside business purposes. Any misuse may result in suspension of access or disciplinary action.

5. Acknowledgement:
   By signing below, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all terms mentioned in this agreement.
